ARCHERY ONLY, has established itself as the No.1 Retail Archery Dealer in Northern California. ‘Archery Business Magazine‘ featured owner Wayne and his store and was awarded the coveted ‘Dealer of the Year 2008‘.

Whether you are a beginner or an expert, target shooter or bow-hunter, the Archery Only – Pro Shop is where you’ll find everything you need.

With twelve, twenty yard indoor lanes, the store is host to many events. Olympic style archery and Bowhunting events take place weekly, as well as supervised instructions for young and old. On scheduled days, you might surely see the Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, a birthday party, the disabled/handicapped and even a handful of “seeing impaired”. YES! At Archery Only we even have special events for the blind.

With over 45 years of experience in the field of archery, Wayne has continued to educate himself and his customers. Opening his own store in 1989, Wayne services the communities of the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond.

His appearances in several featured PSE Bowhunting Videos and five episodes of “Today’s Bowhunter” television shows on the Outdoor Channel, have been just a couple of his many accomplishments in the archery world.

Beginning with his first of many awards as California State Junior Olympic Champion at the age of 15, he has gone on to achieve many additional coveted awards in archery and the business world of archery. His most recent award in January of 2009 was from the California Bowhunters and State Archery Association for “Bow Hunter of the Year”. In 2003, Wayne won the “Whitney Hill” award as the fourth person ever to complete the California Grand Slam. Not only has he taken 36 species of Big Game on three continents, including “dangerous game”, but has received some of the most prestigious awards in the business world of archery. In 2006, Wayne was featured on the cover of Archery Business Magazine.

The cover of the May/June issue won the “Cover of the Year” Award. And Wayne went on to receive the 2006 “Retailer of the Year”. He currently holds a board position on the Archery Trade Associations Dealer Council and is Vice President of the largest non-profit buyers association for archery dealers in North America.
